Effect of Static Magnetic Field on Nucleation and Growth Orientation of Fe Atomic

摘要: 采用边—边匹配计算模型和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,从晶体结构变化的角度研究了磁场Fe形核生长取向的影响。研究表明,无论有无磁场,在FexO→Fe转变过程,浮氏体与α-Fe的最优位向关系是[010]//[110]&(200)//(110),在浮氏体的{100}晶面优先析出α-Fe。B=1 T稳恒磁场没有改变α-Fe在浮氏体表面的形核位置,但对α-Fe的生长取向产生了影响,使其由<100>方向优先生长逐渐向<100>、<101>和<111>方向偏转。Abstract: In this paper,the effect of static magnetic field on nucleation and growth orientation of Fe atomic was researched from the perspective of crystal structure by the edge-edge matching model and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique.It is found out that the optimal orientation relation between FexO and Fe is[010]//[110]&(200)//(110) independent on magnetic field.during the conversion of FexO→Fe,and FexO preferentially precipitates α-Fe crystal nucleus on {100} crystal plane both under the action of magnetic field and conventional metallurgical conditions.A constant magnetic field(B=1 T) does not change the nucleation position of α-Fe on the wustite surface,but it has an impact on the growth orientation of α-Fe,causing it to deflect gradually from the preferential <100> direction to <100>,<101> and <111> directions.
