Study on the Causes of Falling-off of Welding Iron Oxide Scale in Pickle Sheet for Compressor

摘要: 针对邯钢压缩机用酸洗板SPHD-YSJ焊接氧化铁皮起皮脱落问题,通过化学成分、显微组织、氧化铁皮结构、熔池深度及板料厚度等对比分析可知:邯钢氧化铁皮厚度较宝钢厚且外层Fe3O4比例高,外层Fe3O4厚度差异是邯钢氧化铁皮起皮脱落的直接原因;邯钢SPHD-YSJ C含量低,焊接过程中氧化铁皮生长更迅速、氧化铁皮更厚且有利于Fe3O4的形成是氧化铁皮起皮脱落的根本原因。提高C含量至0.05%~0.07%、采取微负公差或零公差进行厚度控制等优化措施,焊接氧化铁皮附着良好,成功解决氧化铁皮起皮脱落问题。

Abstract: In this paper the reason for falling-off of welding iron oxide scale in pickle sheet had been investigated by comparing and analyzing chemical composition,microstructure,iron oxide structure,bath depth and sheet thickness of Hansteel’s sheet for Compressor.It is found out that the thickness of iron oxide scale of Hansteel is thicker than Baosteel and the proportion of the outer layer of Fe3O4 is higher than Baosteel. The difference in the thickness of Fe3O4 directly causes the falling-off of welding iron oxide scale of Hansteel.The content of C in SPHD-YSJ is low,leading to the iron oxide scale growth more rapidly during the welding process and thicker iron oxide scale,which is beneficial to the formation of Fe3O4.All those are the essential for the falling-off of the iron oxide scale.When increasing C content to 0.05%-0.07% and controlling the thickness based on micro-negative tolerance or zero tolerance,the welded iron oxide scale adhesion are improved and the problem of falling-off of the iron oxide scale has been successfully eliminated.-
